Quality Care for your doors and windows:

1. Using high quality wood and Polyurethane coating, we have constructed the premium doors that stand erect and sturdy for years. Wax the doors once in 12 months to keep it glowing. Before you wax, clean it with a neat cloth and apply it for 15 minutes and rub the surface. Don't use edible/ vegetable oil, use synthetic lubricants like gun oil. And also wax the toilet doors periodically to keep it clean and shining as it looks new.

2. We at Thilaga Construction use woods and UPVC windows (un-plasticized vinyl chloride) these are guaranteed for 10 years, with proper care it can last for even more years. Clean the profiles with dry cloth and warm water, at the final stage clean the glass with glass cleaning shampoo available in stores nearby. Don't exert force while opening and closing the windows as it may cause damage.

Quality care for taps closets and sinks:

1. Clean the faucet with 50-50 mixture of white vinegar and alcohol, along with a tough of shampoo and clean cloth alternatively.

2. At Thilaga Construction, we have constructed sinks using high in quality imported steel materials that can with-stand for years. Please don't rub the surface with hard brushes, use a detergent and apply it to the surface and let it stay for 30 minutes and then dirt free it with water all around the surface. The stains of oil/ grease will fade away rapidly.

3. The water closets at Thilaga Construction are an external hold, it is highly recommended to use self-cleaning service to keep it microbe-free. You can use antimicrobial tablets that will enable easy flush and keeps the closet germ free.

Care for electricity:

We use three phase electric facility, so look to it that you do not turn on all the three phases on all the time. See to it that you switch off the phases when you are out of town.

There is generator in our apartment so you need not worry of irregular current break downs.

Parking areas:

Look to it that you park your vehicle at the correct place allocated to you. And do not park it in the walking path, so it causes a mess to people to walk. And also take care that you do not park your vehicles in other people's allocated places. Don't park in such a way that you block the movement of other vehicles. Stick to these basic rules to avoid unnecessary problems.

Elevators:

Use elevators in an advisable manner; don't scratch inside with keys/coins as it may cause damage. And close the lift door properly after you get down. Press the button stop to impede the lift when there is a problem. And then press the call button to contact the security. Switch off the lights and fan when you do not use the life.
